At Napflix, we strive to bring comfort to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our delivery services:

1. Delivery Areas & Schedule:
We currently provide delivery services to Amman and Irbid according to the following schedule:

• Amman: Delivery within 2 working days of your order being confirmed.
• Irbid: Deliveries are scheduled every Sunday and Tuesday of each week.

2. Delivery Fees:
A flat delivery fee of 10 JOD applies to all orders within our covered areas.

3. Delivery Process:
Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the exact delivery window.Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the mattress at the scheduled time.

4. Receiving Your Order:
Upon arrival, please inspect the mattress model and the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery receipt.
