Returns & Exchanges Policy

You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for your Napflix mattress.

Because we want you to start your comfort journey immediately, we encourage you to inspect your mattress upon arrival. For tips on how to maximize your sleep experience from the very first night, please contact us or check out our blog!

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the mattress must be clean and undamaged.

Refunds & Logistics:
We will refund the full product price of the mattress, less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and transportation charges, once the mattress has been picked up.

In no event will the transportation costs deducted from the refund exceed Napflix's standard freight charges.

Napflix or one of our authorized partners will coordinate with you to arrange a time to remove the mattress.
